The "Top" was never cobb's totem!! Inception movie explain.


The INCEPTION  movie of is one of the best movie of  Christopher nolan on box office, it is a sci fi movie that revolves around a person name Cobb ( Leonardo Di Caprio ). 

This is the story of a man who is professional in stealing ideas and extracting information from his targets by entering into their dreams. He is wanted for his alleged role in his wife's murder and his only chance to redemption is to perform the impossible. 

An Inception - in his target's mind so that a billionaire named - Saito ( Ken Watanabe ) signs an agreement in which if cobb helps him to get profit by his business by inception then he'll help him to remove all the allegation by using his money and network power so that cobb can meet his children again.

The movie perfectly represents the dream's theories, levels of reality and psychological creativity of a person. Cobb hires an architect to create a dream scenario for his target so that he can devise an idea in his target's mind. They make a team and build up a plan to go into target's dream's dream to devise an idea that can bring profit to Saito. But, as cobb is so professional in INCEPTION, every person of his team has a totem which tells them whether they are in dream world or in real world. 

There comes a scene where Cobb asks Ariana to make a totem for herself and don't reveal its secret to anyone else. Then the question comes here, Why he tells her, his own totem's secret??  


"This one was hers. She would spin it in the dream and it would never topple."

Yes, Actually the top was never cobb's totem in the whole movie it was his wife's totem. So another question comes out that - What was Cobb's totem??
And here's the secret of inception reveals which will clear all doubts and explains the ending of the movie INCEPTION. Cobb's totem was his "Wedding Ring". In the whole movie, if you notice closely, whenever he is in a dream he is having a ring in his left hand.

Now the ending scene comes, look closely there is no ring in his left finger.


So,  the final scene  is that the INCEPTION was successful that's why Saito completed his agreement and Cobb finally got able to meet his children.
